HOW TO GET AROUND:
The metro is a world-class, fully-automated, driverless railway system. Most of the metro rides above ground providing a great view while you travel to landmarks like like the Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, the Gold Souk and Dubai's financial district. Dubai Metro tickets must be purchased in the form of a Nol card. There are nearly 1,500 buses circulating around the city and air conditioned shelters to keep you cool on your way. Another way to take in the sights is aboard the Dubai Ferry. You can also take taxis, rent cars, ride bicycles and of course walk!
AN AMAZING VIEW FROM BURJ KHALIFA
We visited the At The Top Viewing deck at Burj Khalifa. The observation deck at the 124th floor is the 2nd highest in the world after the Shanghai World Financial center. Amazing!
HOT AIR BALLON RIDE
Great fun seeing all the sand Dunes and mountains early in the morning or during sunset. I would highly suggest this activity while visiting Dubai!
Sheikh Zayed Mosque
The project was launched by the late president of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who wanted to establish a structure that would unite the cultural diversity of the Islamic world with the historical and modern values of architecture and art. His final resting place is located on the grounds beside the same mosque. The mosque was constructed from 1996 to 2007. It is the largest mosque in the United Arab Emirates.
DUBAI AQUARIUM & UNDERWATER ZOO
